Today’s historical photo is in remembrance of Charlie Campbell, the great Heddon Spook angler from Missouri. This is the oldest news photo I’ve been able to track down, dating back to 1963 while he was still a teacher and coach at the local high school, and guided in his spare time. It was featured in a short local fishing report titled, “How They’re Biting.”
